Thweatt & Coppell Road - Construction Debris from Storm
Larry as you know on 4/12/91 this location washed debris and mud
onto the street due to heavy rains. At that time the Street
Division sent two (2) men to clean up the intersection. The Police
Department as well as the Fire Department were on sight to assist
with traffic control and clean-up. The following is a breakdown on
the cost incurred by the City for this clean up;

This situation was discussed with you via phone conversation on
4/13/91 where you advised that the developer was addressing the
problem with hay bales. This was done and on 4/17/91 we received
another storm system that again created the situation on this
intersection. Two members of the Street Division were contacted by
the P.D. at 12:30 a.m. on 4/18/91 to come out and clean this area
again.
This second occurance took two men at the following cost:
