RE: Oakbend Addition Partial Walk Through Punchlist
Field personnel have performed a partial walk through of the above
referenced project and have found the following items to be
deficient.
1. Branchwood Drive- Ail lots up to lot #3 need to have
meter boxes cleaned out.
2. On all water services make sure setters are only 12"
lower than the box lid.
3. Branchwood Drive - The sewer clean out in alley needs to
be located.
4. Branchwood Drive - Need to check Fire Hydrant.
5. Paint all valve stack caps mainline (blue) and Fire
Hydrant (red).
6. Oakbend Drive - (corner) Need nut extension on Fire
Hydrant valve.
7. Oakbend Drive - In alley - clean out invert in manhole
and clean out has no plug.
8. Oakbend Drive - Lot 74 center and grout manhole ring.
9. Sta. 6 + 75.00 - Clean out needs cap.
10. Oakbend Drive - Lot 21 Fire Hydrants needs lowering.
11. Make sure that all sanitary sewer lines down stream of
this area are clean and free of debris.
Please insure that these items are addressed before requesting a
temporary release of lots for building.
