The following list of lots in the Oakbend Addition have been
completed with paving and utilities installed to meet the City
of Coppell requirements. (See Attached).
Lots 2 and 3, Block A (Branchwood Trail), lots 43 thru 58, block
A (Beal Lane)
Punch list items related to these lots have been completed, and
it is my recommendation the early release be granted.

The punch list items listed below is a partial list and
additional punch list items will follow.
1)
Branchwood Trail Lost 1,2,3
- Branchwood Trail and Thweatt Road intersection - Rework
ditch, put down erosion control east and west of
Branchwood.
- Rout and seal at Branchwood - concrete at asphalt
- First two drop inlets - do inverts east and west side
- Patch curb at alley on northwest corner - Branchwood
- Patch curb at west side at 2nd water meter - Branchwood
- Seal all saw joints and redwood headers and drop inlets'
tie-ins at curbs
2) Beal Ct. & Oakbend
- Drop inlet in Beal Ct. - holding water
- 36" RCP in beal Ct. needs to be turned to flow down
stream and headwall constructed
- Rout and seal all saw cuts in Beal Ct.
- Pour 4' x 4' block out in street - re-do
- Make sure all redwood header, saw cuts and drop inlet
tie-ins are sealed
Clean all streets and alleys
Oakbend behind Lot 43 - drop inlet in alley doesn't
appear to be the right size to accommodate water off of
homes and/or lots, etc. - ? on drop inlet and RCP size.
Please verify and provide appropriate discharge information.
