Dear Mr. Earle:
As you know, ~ebris and mud was washed off the streets in Oakbend Addition
due to heavy rains. At this time, the Street Division sent-two men to
clean up the intersection. The Police Department and the Fire Department
were also on the site to assist with traffic control[ and clean-up. The
cost incurred by the City for this clean-up is being applied to Oakbend
Addition on Thweat Road and below is a breakdown on the cost. Please
respond by prompt payment to the City of Coppell for the expenses incurred
as listed below.
