Final Walk-Through
Dear Larry:
The purpose of this letter is to request a final walk-
through of the above referenced project. Ail construction has
been completed and final clean-up is in process. If possible, a
preferred date for the walk-through would be on Wednesday, May
15. Please contact me concerning your decision as soon as
possible.
Thank-you for your cooperation throughout this project. I
think we are all ready to see it completed as it has taken a lot
of everybody's time. I will talk to Shohre or Ben concerning
remaining paperwork to be completed so that everything will be in
order for final City acceptance.
