Stemmons Frwy., Suite 150 / hewisville, Texas 75067 / 214-221-5556 Mr. Larry Davis Page 2/2 Punchlist of May 17, 1991: Ail items have been addressed with the following exceptions: 1) Ail streets have been cleaned. Centex is aware that it is our responsibility to keep the s[reets clean during home construction. It has been difficult recently due to the heavy rains that have plagued the area. 2) Gravel witl be placed along the State Road asphalt transition to prevent erosion. 3) Ditch along State Road has been regraded and rip-rap added to prevent erosion. In addition, hydromulch will be added to stabilize the channel banks. The above mentioned measures were not a part of the original plans and thus, should not hold up City acceptance. 4) Box culvert will be cleaned 5/21/91. 5) Guardrails will be placed by 5/22/91. 6) Concrete rip-rap will be backfilled by 5/21/91. 7) Erosion protection will be placed at outfall of box culvert by 5/21/91. 8) Please note that the channel adjacent to lot 52 will not be accepted for City maintenance. It is our intention to regrade and stabilize this channel but this should not be required for City acceptance of the subdivision. 9) Signs on State Road will be resolved as discussed above. We anticipate receiving final City acceptance on the project by May 23, 1991. Please contact me concerning any questions on the above information. Sincerely, CENTEX REAL ESTATE CORPORATION Derek E.
