Larry, staff has three (3) major concerns related to this
development.
Erosion control within the subdivision of all undeveloped
lots need to be established till all lots are developed.
The guardrail on State Road as well as the concrete Rip
Rap and hydromulch of the slopes at the box culvert and
along the open channel have yet to be addressed.
The signs on State Road need to be set up based on the
TMUTCD manual.
Prior to this division signing off on this project all these
concerns need to be addressed.
