- Seal concrete/asphalt headers, both ends.
- Remove - Keep right sign and pole. (Both sides of transition) - Reduced Speed Ahead sign. (Both sides of transition)
- Reduced Speed 15 mph sign and pole. (Both sides of transition)
- Relocate - Reverse curve sign to furthest pole. (Both sides of
transition)
- Add - Advisory speed plaque to curve sign. (15 mph)
- Install - Type III object markers at end of gnardrail turn down
sections. ,2' to bottom of sign*
- Replace broken button at south end.
- Seal Inlet block outs.
- Need traffic protection at culvert.
- Remove/clean out inlets. (Framing)
Seal driveway.
- Water valve-clean and paint red.
- Sealant pulled out at centerline.
· Power pole needs to be moved back at Thweatt intersection.
