Irrigation Plan
Dear Shohre:
This letter is intended to clarify the irrigation plans
submitted for the Oakbend Addition. One of the comments
received on the mark-up set was that the proposed water
meter is to be located in City right-of-way. As part of the
Oakbend Addition final plat, 30' of additional ROW was
dedicated to the City along Thweatt Road. The proposed
water meter for the irrigation system will be located in
this ROW strip and will conform to the comment received.
Thank-you for your timely review of these plans as the
timing is critical for the installation of the landscaping.
