Mr. Glen Gillan is the owner of the above referenced lot, adjacent to the
open channel and State Road (see attached map as highli§hted). He asked
me to visit the site with him, in which I did, re§arding the following
items:
Why is the retaining wall built some distance away from the
back of the lot, along the creek.
What type of §fading plan is the builder using for grading
this site? It appears to him that the lot(s) to the north
draining through his lot toward the creek, in the back;
is
Since this lot is adjacent to the creek, Mr. Gillan wants to
know who is responsible for building a fence alon§ the creek.
What if he chooses not to build a fence at all?
As per our telephone conversations, you indicated that you may visit the
site. Mr. Gillan's phone number is 360-0808, should you need to talk to
him about this. Please let me know if there is a detailed gradin§ plan
for this lot. The drainage area map shows that Lot 64 would drain toward
the Y inlet. However, according to Mr. Gillan, that may not be the case,
and he is concerned about it.
