Dear Mr. Griffin:
Please find the attached eight sets of construction plans for the
above mentioned subdivision. These plans are submitted for stamped
approval.
The footbridge was raised 0.5 feet from the previous submittal per
your conversation with Bill Anderson of our office. With this
revision the drawings should be complete and meet with City of
Coppell standards. If you have any questions or comments please
call me at your convenience.
Also, please note Homeowners Association Agreement documents are
being drawn up by Derek Earle of Centex Real Estate Corporation
relating to construction and maintenance of footbridge.
