Suite 100 Dallas, TX 75248 RE: Oak Bend Estates Pedestrian Footbridge Dear Mr. Dowdey: I have received and reviewed the revised plans submitted for the Oak Bend Estates Pedestrian Footbridge. These plans meet our current minimum standards. Based on the previous information and on our current floodplain in this area, it appears as thought the footbridge will be spanning entirely the 100 year floodplain and that any minor fill needed to accomplish that will not effect the 100 year water surface. As requested, the footbridge was raised one-half foot. Prior to construction beginning on this project, the Homeowners Association Agreement should be submitted, reviewed and approved by the City and a Floodplain Development Permit should be completed and submitted to the City.
