early release for building construction on a portion of the above listed
project.

The subdivision development is in compliance with the City of Coppell
standards.
Early release of building construction is recommended with the
understanding that no Certificate of Occupancy will be issued until the
entire project development has met final acceptance requirements.

Dear Larry:
I am writing this letter to let you know that we plan on requesting in the near future an
approval of a portion of the referenced subdivision for early release of building permits. The
four builders who will be building in this subdivision are Carmen Homes, Street Homes, Mike
Clements Homes, and Brian Dalton Homes, all of which have existing contracts to start homes as
soon as lots are available.
The area of the subdivision for which we will first request the early release is outlined on the
enclosed copy of the plat, and encompasses Lots 11-17 in Block A, Lots 6-12 and 13-20 in
Block C, and Lots 11 and 12 in Block D. We believe this group of lots can be brought to your
requirements in a very short period of time and encompass a significant portion of the new
homes to be first built. We will be in touch with you by telephone sometime around the 11th or
12th of June, weather permitting, in order to request a walk through of this particular portion
of Park Place. If you have any questions, please call.

2. Redwood seals - Remove any concrete caps
3. 5th saw joint north of radius, east side, reseal - E. Alley
4. 9th saw joint reseal
5. Alencrest - saw joint in curb - remove concrete chips and seal
5th joint from north M.H. east side
6th joint from alley east side
6. Rout and seal concrete to asphalt transitions
7. Clean out drop inlet west of Woodcrest
8. Chip off sla§ 1st panel north of pavers - Woodcrest
9. Reseal 1st joint alley transition (S.) - Woodcrest
10. Reseal 3rd joint alley transition (S.) - Woodcrest
11. Reseal all joints to 1/8" in W. alley
12. Clean around and in combo inlet at alley junction
13. Seal curb - alley transition south side of north transition - Woodcrest
14. Edge of alley chipped (Allen/Wood) west side 1/2 way
15. General - Street and alleys to be clean.
Note: 24" Double trunk oak next to Allen/Wood alley
zero clearance
