Dear Larry:
Per request from Mr. Tom Wise, Development Coordinator for
subject project, I have reviewed the "Paving Subgrade
Stabilization" letter from Geo-Technique, Inc. dated March 28,
1991.
Based on the findings represented in the report and the fact
that the results were presented by a Professional Engineer,
who is responsible for said impacts (Lou Hargis - License No.
25312), I support his conclusions and recommendations, based
on his other letter to Allen Property Corporation dated March
28, 1991.
