Dear Shohre:
As a result of the pre-construction meeting this morning at
the City Hall conference room, I am submitting the Construction
Development Permit Application.
The inspection fee will be paid upon approval of the plans.
Mr. Larry Davis, Chief Inspector instructed us to pay the fee
at the water utilities department.
As you know, the plans are at the finalization stage. I am
requesting that you allow the contractor to begin mass excavation
based on the current status of the plans. The revised plans
will be submitted this week. The reasoning for our request is
that the contractors are also constructing Heartz Road.
Please let us know of your decision as soon as possible.

SUMMARY: Applicant is requesting approval of a preliminary plat and
variances as follows:
1. To allow the front yard setback to be 25' instead of
30' as required by ordinance.
2. To allow the interior side yard setbacks to be 7'
instead of 8' as required by ordinance.
3. To allow the lots which side to the masonry screening
walls proposed along Heartz Road and Sandy Lake Road
to have a 10' side yard setback adjacent to the wall
instead of 15' as required by ordinance.
ALTERNATIVES:
1) Approve the preliminary plat with variances as
requested.
2) Approve the preliminary plat but deny the variances as
requested.
3) Deny the preliminary plat.
