Dear Mr. Patel:
Per your instructions, please accept this letter as notification of our intent to move our
fence line to encompass our entire property. We fully understand that at the North
boundary of our property there is a ten foot drainage easement. We will maintain this
drainage easement and keep it clear of any permanent structures. The fence on both the
West/Uphill and East/Downhill side will have a 6 inch clearance at the bottom, to facilitate
the flow of any water.
