Favre: Enclosed for your files are two copies of the grading plan for the Parks Apartments. We have revised ' ~, T~.ical Paving Section" to reflect our intention to reduce the private parking area concrete thickness from five to four inches. We have done chis only after we felt comfortable with the results obtained from a thorough testing of the soils on the site parking areas. However, as a precautionary measure, we are going to change the rebar from 24" o.c. to 18" o.c. as suggested by Randy Fleming from }'our office. I feel that these changes will allow us to install a cost efficient and higi~ quality parking area at the Parks Apartments.
