Dear Mr. Frassnelli:
Enclosed are three copies of the plans you submitted recently
concerning the above referenced subject. If the Parks
Apartments' owners have no objections, then neither do we.
We are in receipt of the executed easement. Please have this
easement shown on the plat for the Parks Apartments and
return a copy to us.
We believe the easement should not be conveyed to the City of
Coppell. Please check with Mr. Steve Goram, Department of
Public Works, for his opinion, or with Mr. Ed Powell, City
Engineer.
