Dear Mr. Webb:
This is to acknowledge receipt of the information required for review by this
agency prior to movement of your Portable Concrete Batch Plant No. 6 to a new
site. Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated.
The information submitted in support of your request has been evaluated and
determined to be substantially equivalent to that provided in the Application
for Permit to Construct. Based on the 'evidence presented and information
gathered by this office, the Executive Director has determined that authoriza-
tion can be granted to construct and operate this permit unit 2375 feet east of
Denton Tap Road and on the north side of Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Dallas
County, Texas. .
This authorization is contingent upon continued compliance with the terms of
the permit which are legally enforceable.

Enclosed are area maps for batch plant site to be used in the paving
of Park Meadow Phase II.
Plant site to be located 2375 feet east of Denton Tap Road and on the
north side of Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Dallas County, Texas. Piano
#6 I.D. #90-6373P, Permit #R6373 will be moving-in on this location
approximately March 2S, 1986, and will be there approximately 12 working
days.
There are no occupied houses within 1320 feet or schools within 3000
feet of this proposed plant site.
