Box 478 Coppell, TX 75019 Re: Utility easement at the west side of my property Mr. Stevens, Per our conversation on April 17th, I am requesting that the city of Coppell abandon the 10ft. utility easement that runs along the west side of my property. This request is so that we may be able to use the land for future development and improvement of my property. It is my understanding that at this time no utilities of any kind are within this easement. In advance, I am appreciate all of your help on this issue. Thank You,
