RE: Utility Easement / 355 Alex Drive
Dear Mr. Schnelle:
This is written as a follow-up to the previous letters requesting the relocation of your rear fence
approximately eight feet north of its existing location. As mentioned in the previous letters,
dated October 8, 1996, November 20, 1996 and April 30, 1997, your fence is located in an
existing utility easement which is difficult to access at the present time due to the encroachment
of your fence. By relocating your fence approximately eight feet to the north, the City's
mowing equipment will be able to access the drainage easement from the alley adjacent to your
property. The City will place a gate at the end of the alley to restrict any unauthorized vehicles
from accessing the drainage easement.
Since the fence has not been relocated, the City has no other choice but to proceed with
relocating your fence with a City crew.
This letter will serve as notice that on July 21, 1997 the City will begin work on relocating your
rear fence.
Please contact me at (972)304-3679 to if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Michael A. Martin, P.E.

RE: Utility Easement / 355 Alex Drive
Dear Mr. Schnelle:
This is a follow-up letter to my October 8 and November 20, 1996 letters requesting that you
relocate your rear fence approximately eight feet north of its existing location. As mentioned
in the previous letters, your fence is located in an existing utility easement which is difficult to
access at the present time due to the encroachment of your fence. By relocating your fence
approximately eight feet to the north, the City's mowing equipment will be able to access the
drainage easement from the alley adjacent to your property. The City will place a gate at the
end of the alley to restrict any unauthorized vehicles from accessing the drainage easement. We
did talk about this request but nothing has been done to address the problem. With the approach
of the mowing season, it is very important to have this access point accessible as soon as
possible.
Please contact me at (972)304-3679 to inform me when you will be able to comply with this
request. Your immediate response will be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Michael A. Martin, P.E.
