RE: Utility Easement / 355 Alex Drive
Dear Mr. Schnelle:
On October 8, 1996 a letter was mailed to you requesting that you relocate your rear fence
approximately eight feet north of its existing location. As mentioned in the previous letter, your
fence is located in an existing utility easement which is difficult to access at the present time due
to the encroachment of your fence. By relocating your fence, the City's mowing equipment will
be able to access the drainage easement from the alley adjacent to your property. The City will
place a gate at the end of the alley to restrict any unauthorized vehicles from accessing the
drainage easement.
