WHERE~S, on Ma}' 24, 1988, Venture and Company entered into
that certain Mutual Drainage Easement (herein so called)
recorded in volume 88103, pages 2245 through 2369 of the Deed
~ecord$ of Dallas County, Texa~;
WHEREAS, Venture and Company wi~h to amend th6 I4utual
Drainage Easement to clarify certain portions thereof and to
add certain provisions thereto;
NOw, THEREFORe, for and in consideration of the ~greements
contained herein and for other onod ~nd vzluable consideration

received by both Venture eno Compamy,
suf!iciency of which is hereby acknewlcdged and confessed by
both Venture and Company, venture and Company hereby ~gree as
follows:
1. Definitions. ~d] defined'terms used b-t not defined
in this First Amendment shall have the meanings ~cribed to
~uch terms in the Mutual Drainage Easement.
2. Correction. Clause fi) cf the ~e¢ond sentence
containe~ in p~rograph 5 of the Mutual Drainage Easement
hereby corrected to read as follows: 'fi) sixty (60) days
after the date of the completion of the applicable easement
improvements and all improvements to the applicable easement
area (the Venture Easement Area or the Company Easement Area)
requited by the City;'.
3. Addition. The Mutual Drainage Easement is hezeby
amended by adding the following ,ew paragraph 18 theretO:
18. Mowing. Company agrees to cause both banks
