Dear Mr. Dotter:
In response to your letter dated April~8, 1988, I assured you at
the time that the. City would have the street signs available after
this project had been accepted. Your project, as you know, has
not been accepted and a formal walk-thru will be set for the week
of April 25, 1988 (weather permitting) and' the contractor adjustment
and clean up items completed.
I see no need in your letter to Steve Goram formally requesting
the signage. In the future I would appreciate your requests to
be directed to my office.
