Re: Parkview Project
Dear Mr. Morton,
We would like to request permission to erect our temporary concrete batch
plant on the Parkview project for the street paving. We will move in around
December 15th and be in operation for approximately 10 days. I also need to
request a letter from the City of Coppell stating that the Parkview project
is a public works project for the City. I am required by the Texas Air Control
Board to acquire this letter to comply with the permit requirements. If you
