with subject project.

}ie are requesting that the City of Coppell submit to FE~ a request
that they issue a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) for this particular
development. The enclosed sheets are the FEMA instructions concerning
the LOMR.
The existing grades of the development are such that all lots will
be at least two feet (2') above the highest proposed water surface
(Anderson Engineers) of Denton Creek. The fill is complete, with
the exception of grading for streets and final lot elevations, as
the "as-built" cross sections indicate. The proposed development
will meet all requirements of FEN~ in any event.

The study prepared by Anderson Engineers for the City of Coppell
contains all the data required by FEMA for processing a LO~R or a
physical map revision and we have previously supplied to FEMA through
Dewberry and Davis all data connected with "the Parks of Coppell"
along Denton Creek.
We would appreciate anything you can do to expedite the quick issuance
of a LO~ for Parkview Add'ition by FE~. If you need additional
data, please call me.
