Bowman's Memorandum- Homeowners Agreements
I am in receipt of your memorandum to me dated August 20, 1987 to which I
am responding.
I did indeed request that Mr. George Dudley submit a letter to you regarding
his concern of having to provide a Homeowners Agreement for Parkview Addition.
It was my understanding that when Mr. Dudley inquired about the agreement
you informed him that he would need to provide the document. At that time
he responded the agreement was not warranted on this project. If this is not
the case, please accept my apology for any inconvenience you may have suffered.
The letter was only meant to document the fact that Mr. Dudley does not feel
it necessary for the agreement. I'm sure you noticed he copied me on the letter.
The staff report which will be provided at the appropriate time shall include
the comments and recommendations encompassing all facets of this project that
are reviewed by the departments of Public Works.
If you have any documentation of the research performed by staff earlier this
year, it would be a great help.
I appreciate your cooperation in this matter and those of a similar nature in
the future.
