Structural steel inspection:
1.) Anchor bolts could not be inspected due to access in areas E - J/1 - 8.
2.) Metal roof deck could not be inspected due to access in areas 2 - 3/A - B, 1 - 2/A - A.2. All
other areas have been previously inspected and found to comply.
3.) Girder bottom chords that are required to be welded have not been completed due to roof
not loaded.
4.) Welder qualifications were reviewed and found to be in order.
