Inspection was conducted on the above referenced project in areas noted above with results
as follows:
1) Areas A through B/l-7, not complete at this time.
2) Area B-J/l-7 bearing of joist and girders comply.
3) Bridging installtion and welds comply - Area B-J/l-7.
4) Perimeter angle complies B J/l-1.
*5) Anchor bolts non-compliant for tensioning A-J/I-13.
6) Installation teflon slide pads comply to Detail S42-03.
Note - Water in some leave outs.
