Inspection was conducted on the above reference project in areas noted above with results
as follows:
1.) Perimeter angle - Comply
2.) Joist and girder bear - Comply
*3.) Column to girder - Bolts missing in several locations where holes are misaligned. Engineer
should advise.
4.) Teflon slide pad comply to detail S4.2-03.
5.) Decking in area E-J/7-13, puddle welds comply af~er corrections were made.
*6.) Side lap screws missing in several areas.
