I am inquiring about the status of the Corridor Development Certificate (CDC) process for
the project captioned above. The Conditional Letter of Map Revision from the Federal
Emergency Management Agency was received in our office on March 10, 1997. To the best
of my knowledge, the CDC permit is the last approval needed prior to being able to proceed
with construction.
Please let us know about the status and if you need anything further from us. Anything you
can do to expedite the CDC process will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your
