Box 478 Coppell, TX 75019 Subject: Grade to Drain Permission 18.9 acre Sandy Lake Road Property Dear Mr. Griffin: We are the owners of the site referenced above, located on the north side of Sandy Lake Road northeast of the intersection with Riverchase Drive. We understand the property located on the other side of Sandy Lake Road will have a storm sewer outlet discharging into the existing ditch across the central part of our property. We have no opposition to the existing ditch across our property being graded and deepened to drain to Denton Creek along the north side of the 18.9 acre tract. We expect the property owner for the south development to be responsible for seeing that the operation on our property incorporates any erosion control measures required by the City of Coppell. Also, we expect our property to be restored to the condition existing prior to the grade to drain operation and that the resulting ditch side slopes are graded to a stable condition.
