Dear Sir:
Enclosed please find a technical report prepared by Nathan D. Maier Consulting Engineers,
Inc. for the reclamation of property. Included with this report is all HEC II hydrologic
models, floodplain and floodway mapping and FEMA forms. Also, included with the
package is a check in the amount of $3100 for the review.
As the Floodplain Administrator for the City of Coppell, I request that FEMA review the
technical report and issue a CLOMR. If you should have any technical questions
