Dear Mr. Griffin:
I am inquiring about the review status for the project referenced above. The two associated
floodplain studies were submitted to the City of Coppell on August 12, 1996. Over three
months have passed now and outstanding issues apparently remain. Please let us know
what needs to be done to resolve these issues. If you so desire, I will be happy to meet with
you and your review consultant such that City approval may be obtained. We would like to
proceed as soon as possible with the request for a Conditional Letter of Map Revision and
the request for a Corridor Development Certificate.
