Dear Mr. Griffin:
I recently spoke with Mr. Walter E. Skipwith, P.E. of Halff Associates regarding their
September 10, 1996 review letter addressing one of the study reports Nathan D. Maier
Consulting Engineers, Inc. submitted to the City of Coppell for the project referenced above.
The report reviewed by Halff Associates was for the specific purpose of requesting a
Conditional Letter of Map Revision from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
However, the majority of the comments in their review letter are answered by the other
report pertaining to the Application for Corridor Development Certificate (CDC). According
to Mr. Skipwith, they have not been given an opportunity to review this second study report.
Therefore, we will be providing a copy of the CDC report to Halff Associates such that they
may issue a revised review letter.
