Locate FIt valve to MJ.D. FH covered (S*.E. corner HI).
Change marking on F.H.V. to FLY and stub off in red.
FH needs blue button in street to mark HI.
Manhole in back of building raise to ground level.
Need valve extension on 2 valves Y extension at east side of building.
