Dear Mr. Davis,
This is to certify that the Daryl Flood warehouse at 450 Airline Drive will be substantially
complete by April 28, 2000, with the following (possible) exceptions:
· Landscape and irrigation will be 90% complete by 4/28/00
· Site paving will be 100% complete by 4/28/00, weather permitting
· Remaining site concrete (primarily sidewalks) will be completed by 5/5/00
· Pavement striping will be complete by 5/5/00
Thank you for your assistance and cooperation in helping us get daryl Flood into their new
facility on a timely basis. We look forward to our next project with you and the City of Coppell.
