Dear Mr. Martin:
Based on our telephone conversations last week, I would like to confirm the following
revision to our southeast drive approach located on Airline Ddve.
Our office will revise the proposed location of our southeast ddve by relocating the
approach approximately 12 feet to the east in lieu of 10' as we discussed. This will allow
the drive to avoid conflicts with the root system of an existing live oak tree located
adjacent to the proposed drive. This will also improve circulation for trucks into the track
scale area.
I have spoken to Gary Sieb and received his approval on modifying our existing plat by
way of separate instrument in order to account for adjustments in the fire lane.
