Based on our telephone r.x~nversetion on December 7, 1999, I would like to request your
review of the ~ittached drawing.
As we discu:lsed, our client would like to relocate our proposed southeast drive
approach ap~praximately 10 feet to the east. This adjustment would provide improved
circulation four trucl~ into the site and the track scale area. This would also allow us to
retain an exb~ing live oak bee located to the west of the proposed ddve. If approved, I
understand that we would need to speak with both Trevis Crump and Gary Sieb to
address their ooncams regarding platting issues.

Dear Mr. Collins:
Based on our telephone conversations last week, I would like to confirm the following
revision to ou~r southwest drive approach located on Airline Drive.
As we discus,ad, our office wifl revise the proposed location of our southwest drive by
relocating the, approach approximately 7 feet to the east. This will allow the drive to
avoid conflicai wilh an existing sanitary sewer manhole and with an existing live oak tree
located at the ;Jroperty comer. Based on a 30 foot radius, the back of curb will align with
the existing mlnhole cover. We will transition from an accessible curb cut condition to
an 8 inch hlgl~ curb located adjacent to the manhole In order to provide adequate
coverage and prota~ion for tho unit
Jimmy Lax~,~, with McFadden & Miller has discussed the potential change with Lam/
Davis and ha:l received his approval. I have spoken to Travia Cramp and Gary Sieb in
and have tee,lived their approval on modifying uur existing plat by way of separate
instrument in c~rder to account for adjustments in the fire lane.
