· Comments: After reviewing the proposed flexbase placement and understanding
its purpose, my response is that the City does not allow temporary paving surfaces.
We have very clear paving requirements in our Subdivision Ordinance and there are
no provisions for temporary paving. I understand the intended purpose, .but
unfortunately, a temporary paving surface is not an option. Perhaps consideration
should be given to moving forward with a portion of the next phase of paving to
provide a wider driving surface for trucks. Please give me a call if you have any
