RE: Parkwest Commerce Center Lot 1R-2, Block 2 (Daryl Flood Warehouse & Movers)
Dear Mr. Jackson
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the
following comments to offer:
1. No work can be performed within the 100-year floodplain without an approved
floodplain development permit. Please submit a completed permit with the necessary
supporting information.
2. Provide profiles with hydraulic information for all storm drains.
3. Fire hydrant locations must be approved by the Fire Department.
4. Please verify that the water meters/vault will be located in the 20' sidewalk/utility
easement or in the right-of-way.
There are various other comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, these marked plans and two sets of revised plans should be submitted to the
