RE: Walk Through Punch List - Parks of Coppell
Attached you will find a map showing the discrepancies located
within this subdivision during the walk through performed on
8/2/93. The following is the numerical listing that is directly
related to the attached map;
1. Fiberboard at paver edge
2. Chips on construction joint
3. Backer exposed in curb
4. No expansion at curb for sidewalk
5. Insufficient seal - construction joint in alley
6. Mortar slag in alley
7. Alley broken
8. Insufficient seal in saw joint
9. Wooden 2x2 stake in construction joint
10. Exiting curb busted at east end of approach
11. Random crack at end of slot drain
12. Pavers crooked at west side of approach
13. Trash in inlet
14. Guard rail required at this crossing
15. Pavers low
16. Forms still on outfall of RCBC
17. Saw joints-concrete chipped @ or near the
centerline(several)
18. Gouge in curb face
19. Random crack across street near inlets
20. Small random crack east side by inlet
21. Back of curb broken at radius
22. Flume needs cleaned and dressed
23. Chunk of curb missing @ construction joint
24. Outfall is eroded
Staff also noted that there are not any barricades to keep out
the traveling public; consequently, Per was almost hit while
performing this walk through.

Make sure that the contractor/developer receives this list and
that you let us know when they are ready for the follow up. I
would also like to bring to your attention that the contractor
didn't show up for this walk through nor did a representative
from your department.
