Screening Wall Plans
Dear Mr. Clancy:
The Ciw of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. A letter from Engineer shall be submitted to the City in regards to the typical pier spacing
of the stone columns from 36 feet O.C. to 30 feet O.C.
2. Gary Sieb has some concern about the proposed 4 foot section of screening wall. Contact
him at 462-0639 to discuss this issue.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once all comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmittted to the City for review. If vou should
