RE: Parks of Coppell
Dear Mr. Anderson:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Show street radius where applicable.
2. On Plate No. 12, the note for the Plate No. for Weir Detail should be corrected
to Plate No. 17.
3. Address the comment made by Public Works on the Headwall Detail, Plate No.
16.
4. In reference to the stone channel lining, show detail and location, i.e., plan view.
5. Address the comment made in regard to sidewalks on the eastern edge of
Common Area on Plate No. 2.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once all comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should
