Dear .',,Ir. Dowdev:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1) Need to show curve information on all paving plan sheets, i. e. radius.
2.) On Firelight Way, a wheelchair access across median should be provided.
Follow A.D.A. requirements.
3) Need to show location of screening wall and sidewalks along Parkway Blvd.
4) Show proposed development, streets and lots, on Overall Drainage Area Map.
5) Detail all channel profiles and sections. Also, show erosion control protection
on slope and pilot channel.
6) A 8" proposed water line on Sheet 2 of Storm Sewer Plans is shown to be inside
the 24" minimum clearance requirement. If minimum clearance cannot be met,
a concrete encasement must be provided. Address all other utility crossings
having the same situation.
7) In profile view of storm sewer plans, show all the proposed wye sizes.
8) On Sheet 5 of storm sewer plans, show how Line "I" will be connected to
existing 18" RCP, i.e. show detail.
9) Show all proposed drainage easements on grading plans.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once all comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should
