SURROUNDING LkND USE & ZONING: North - Andrew Brown Park, vacant land; TC South - vacant & City Hall: TC East - Andrew Brown Park: TC West - vacant: TC COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: The Comprehensive Plan shows Town Center uses as most appropriate for this land.
