RE: Storm Water Outfalls / Warren Clark Tracts
and the Linear Lake on the ABQ Tract
The attached letter indicates that the Warren Clark Tract is
outfalling into the ABQ lake. Please research this accusation and
provide me what you find on or before Wednesday, February 14, 1990.
This is probably a legal matter, but as I understand downstream
land must convey upstream runoff to some extent. After your
research is completed and you provide a summary memo with
recommendation, then we will pursue the matter. Also provide a
letter for my signature (or a copy of any previous letter)
notifying Bill Anderson about the matter. Have this to me by
Monday, February 12, 1990.
