Discrepancies/comments:
1) Joist to girder, grid lines 2, 3, & 4, between column lines A & K
and B & J. Welds comply.
2) Joist to support angle along grid line 1: Welds comply.
3) Joist girder to panel pocket along column lines A & B, between grid
lines 2 & 4: Welds comply.
4) Joist girder to column cap: Welds comply.
These connections are on grid lines 2, 3, & 4, between column lines
B & J, and C & I.
Note: The two (2) 2,,x2,,x1/4"x1'-6" angles on each side of joist girder
are incomplete as of this inspection.
Reinspection of report dated 12-16-96 and 12-17-96
Metal roof deck, grid line 8 to 15, column line F to J. Reinspection
revealed non-compliant to requirements for missing screws and fasteners
not installed. This was the second (2nd) reinspection in the area of
8 to 15, F to H. We will perform our next reinspection when notified.
