convey unto the City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas, as Grantee, and by these presents does
grant and convey unto the said Grantee, an easement and license for the purpose of constructing a
twenty-four (24') foot firelane through all that certain parcel of land described and depicted on
Exhibits "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made part hereof for all purposes, the same as
if fully copied herein.
To have and to hold the above described firelane right-of-way easement in and to said
premises with the with all and singular the usual fights thereto in anywise belonging, unto the
said City of Coppell, Texas, its successors and assigns, forever, and Grantor does hereby bind
itself, its successors and assigns, to warrant and forever defend, all and singular, the said
premises unto the said City of Coppell, Texas, its successors and assigns, against every person
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
