Per our review, the actual Ceffificate of Occupancy is not issued until a tet,.ant completes the Jalgrior finish-out in the building. The following items must be in hand before a green tag building f'mai is i~sued. 1. All trade finals 2. Fire alarm t~st 3. Fire Marshall walk-thru and approval 4. Utilities - inspection by Larry Davis 5. Utility as-builts need to be turned in to the City 6. Utility Maintenance Bond to be turaed in to the City 7.
